NyeTorr®, NyeClean and NyeVac are chemically stable, non-toxic, low-vapor-pressure, synthetic lubricants designed for high-vacuum and cleanroom environments such as semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment, as well as flat panel, solar panel and LCD manufacturing equipment. These lubricants can improve the performance and extend the operating life of high-speed bearings, linear guides for motion control, vacuum pumps, and many other components. More information can be found in the literature below.

New Products – Ultra Low Outgassing Lubricants
Today, lubricants must be able to handle higher loads, improve productivity, and extend endurance, all while minimizing outgassing and particle generation created in vacuum environments. NyeTorr® 6200 and 6300 have been developed to take this performance to a new level to help extend the operating life of critical components in vacuum and non-vacuum environments.
