 NyeTorr® vacuum lubricants and gels are chemically stable, non-toxic,
low-vapor-pressure, synthetic materials designed for high-vacuum and cleanroom environments. All NyeTorr vacuum lubricants are formulated with
specially fractionated raw materials to minimize trace outgassing, which depletes lubricant supply and creates a source of contamination which can
be adsorbed on semiconductor wafers or sensitive, nearby instruments such as sensors and optics. For strict quality control, each NyeTorr lubricant is shipped with lot-specific vapor pressure data. Further,
NyeTorr vacuum lubricants are ultrafiltered for removal of microscopic particle contamination which can degrade performance of precision mechanisms or behave as an additional source of volatile material.
