NyeTact®

The NyeTact® series of dispersion based lubricants were originally developed to aid in the application of lubricant coatings to connectors, switches, and electrical contacts. The product line is composed of many different chemistries of base oils and thickeners which are all dispersed in solvents. The percentage of base material that is in the dispersion will directly affect the lubricant film thickness and is available standard at 10% or 20% with some of the NyeTact® dispersion going up to 65%. With temperature limits ranging from -70°C to 250°C and many available additives including noble metal passivators, UV dye, antiwear, and anti-corrosion the functionality of this product line make it applicable to many different components.

NyeTact® 523V-2-UV	UV tracer. A 2% dispersion of a polyphenylether lubricant in a hydrofluorocarbon solvent intended for stationary separable electrical connectors.
NyeTact® 532J-10	A 10% dispersion of a synthetic hydrocarbon lubricant in an isoparaffinic solvent intended as a general purpose lubricant for tin/lead connectors.
NyeTact® 560H-25	A 25% dispersion of a synthetic hydrocarbon lubricant in an isparaffinic solvent intended as a general purpose lubricant.
NyeTact® 561J-20-AG	Silver passivator, UV tracer. A 20% dispersion of a synthetic hydrocarbon lubricant in an isparaffinic solvent intended for electrical connectors with silver plating.
NyeTact® 570H-25-UV	UV tracer. A dispersion of a perfluoroether lubricant dispersed in a perfluoroalkane solvent intended for electrical contact protection. Excellent high temperature performance and material compatibility.
NyeTact® 572G-BLACK	A 17% dispersion of a synthetic hydrocarbon lubricant in an isoparaffinic solvent intended as a general purpose lubricant.
