Rheolube® 2000

Rheolube® 2000 and Synthetic Oils 2001 and 2001A are multiply-alkylated cyclopentane lubricants intended for bearings in aerospace and vacuum applications. Nye’s synthetic oils and greases are specified for space components where long life is critical for the success of the mission, such as:

  • Extreme-temperature precision bearings in navigational instruments
  • Precision bearings in space suits
  • Bearings in satellite reaction wheels
