How to Place an Order

All orders are placed directly with Nye’s Customer Service Representatives. If you would like to place an order, please email nyeorders@fuchs.com or call the office at +1.508.996.6721.

To ensure the processing of orders, the following information is required:

• Valid Purchase Order with Purchase Order Number on Company Letterhead
• Complete Billing and Shipping Addresses
• Approved Net Terms (Terms as Approved by the Nye Credit Department)
• Nye Product Designation 
• Package Size & Quantity 
• Correct Price
• Customer Specific Part Numbers (if applicable)
• Current Required Specifications or Drawings (if applicable)
• Ship Method and Instructions with Account Number (if applicable)
• Certificates of Analysis are Provided via Email Upon Order Fulfillment

NOTE: Blanket Orders are valid for Current Calendar Year. An Expiration Date of 12/31 for Current Year must appear on Purchase Order before being submitted for approval. 

Small Volume Orders

Orders not meeting the Minimum Billing Policy of $750 and relevant case quantities should be placed through Nye’s authorized North American small volume distributor, Next Generation Services LLC.
