Fluorocarbon Gel 880

Specialty lubricants for automotive components must be able to protect components while withstanding harsh environmental conditions. Fluorocarbon Gel 880 is a PTFE-thickened, heavy viscosity dimethyl silicone grease with excellent mechanical stability under a wide temperature range.

This grease is suitable for use on automotive components where good water spray and resistance is needed such as:

  • Jounce Bumpers
  • Ball Joints
  • Struts
  • Parking Brake Cables
  • Stabilizer Bushings
  • Window Regulator Assemblies

Advantages

  • Exhibits plastic compatibility
  • Extends component life
  • Reduces wear
  • Prevents ‘stick/slip’
  • Excellent low temperature torque capabilities
  • Very high viscosity index
